Evangelism
The House of Evangelism is under the very capable direction of Richard Cornell. Responsibilities of the House of Evangelism inlcude overseeing the communications teams that is responsible for advertising and making Concord United Methodist Church visible in the community, making sure that there is adequate follow up and hospitality extended to visitors, as well as hosting our annual Homecoming Picnic where we extend our thank you to the Community of Concord for supporting us. Dawn Hackworth is the Housekeeper for the Worship House. In addition to making sure our worship area looks its best, and is themed for the week's worship service, the House of Worship is responsible for planning and executing worship. Members of the House of Worshiop include our Praise Team Leader, Zach Martin, our Multimedia Coordinator Kyle Winchell, Bev Winchell, and Amy Korman.
Mary Ellen Hatton is the Housekeeper for our House of Prayer. The House of Prayer is responsible for the prayer ministries of Concord United Methodist Church. Programs of the House of Prayer include maintenance of both our phone prayer tree and email prayer list. In addition, the House of Prayer leads the participants in each worship service in prayer before that service. The House of Prayer also hosts the occasional prayer vigil when needed.
